Иммунно-морфологические и биохимические маркеры при хроническом генерализованном пародонтите у пациентов с хроническим вирусным гепатитом: обоснование дифференцированного подхода к лечению

Аннотация
В статье представлен комплексный анализ иммунно-морфологических и биохимических изменений у пациентов с хроническим генерализованным пародонтитом (ХГП), протекающим на фоне хронического вирусного гепатита (ХВГ). Особое внимание уделено патогенетическим звеньям oral–gut–liver axis, активности γ-глутамилтрансферазы (ГГТ), орнитиндекарбоксилазы (ОДК), уровню секреторного IgA (sIgA) и состоянию микробиоты слюны. На основании выявленных нарушений обоснован дифференцированный подход к лечению с включением иммуномодулирующих и пробиотических компонентов.
Аннотация (англ)
This article presents a comprehensive analysis of immune, morphological, and biochemical alterations observed in patients with chronic generalized periodontitis (CGP) on the background of chronic viral hepatitis (CVH). Special attention is given to the pathogenetic mechanisms of the oral-gut-liver axis, the activity of γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT), ornithine decarboxylase (ODC), secretory IgA (sIgA), and the composition of the salivary microbiota. Based on the identified changes, a differentiated treatment approach incorporating immunomodulatory and probiotic components is proposed.
