This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital technologies in open sinus lift surgery. The study looks at whether it is possible to improve the accuracy of osteotomy window formation by using patient-specific surgical guides produced by 3D printing, compared to the conventional method. A clinical study was carried out with 20 patients, who were divided into two groups depending on the method used to create the surgical access. In the first group, the osteotomy window was prepared using the conventional protocol, while in the second group, a patient-specific surgical guide was used. In both groups, the osteotomy was performed using a piezosurgical device. The results showed a significant reduction in deviations of the osteotomy window shape in the group where surgical guides were used.
