Цервикальная инвазивная резорбция (iv класс): клиника, диагностика, лечение

Статья посвящена описанию клинического случая цервикальной инвазивной резорбции (IV класс) зуба 1.1 у пациента 18 лет, имеющего в анамнезе vitae проведенное менее 5 лет назад комплексное ортодонтическое лечение с применением брекет-системы. Цервикальная инвазивная резорбция является сравнительно редкой формой наружной резорбции корня. Внешние клинические признаки ранней стадии развития данного заболевания редко регистрируются в полости рта. Рентгенологические признаки данного поражения имеют несколько вариаций: они могут быть четко очерченными или неровными, которые первично можно охарактеризовать как кариес зубов.

This article is devoted to the description of a clinical case of cervical invasive resorption (class 4) of tooth 11 in an 18-year-old patient with a history of vitae complex orthodontic treatment with braces performed less than 5 years ago. Cervical invasive resorption is a relatively rare form of external root resorption. External clinical signs of the early stage of development of this disease are rarely recorded in the oral cavity. Radiographic signs of this lesion have several variations: they can be clearly defined or uneven, which can be primarily characterized as dental caries.
