Влияние витамина D, возраста и пола а клиническую эффективность комплексного лечения пациентов с хроническим апикальным периодонтитом

Целью данного исследования является проведение клинической оценки эффективности применения витамина D в комплексном лечении хронического апикального периодонтита у пациентов разного возраста и пола, а также оценка влияния этих факторов на размер очага деструкции и время восстановления периапикальных костных структур. У 128 пациентов в возрасте от 18 до 80 лет с диагнозом хронический апикальный периодонтит провели следующие исследования: анализ уровня 25(ОН) витамина D в плазме крови, показатели ден- ситометрии и замеры очагов деструкций зубов с помощью КЛКТ. Установлено, что скорость и объем восстановления кости зависят от уровня витамина D, его коррекции при сниженных показателях. Возраст, пол, степень остеопении не имеют влияния на размер периапикальных деструкций, время их восстановления и клиническую эффективность лечения.

The aim of this study is to conduct a clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of vitamin D in the complex treatment of chronic apical periodontitis in patients of different age and gender. And to evaluate the influence of these factors on the size of the focus of destruction, and the time of recovery of periapical bone structures. In 128 patients aged from 18 to 80 years with the diagnosis of chronic apical periodontitis the following investigations were carried out: analysis of 25(OH) vitamin D level in blood plasma, densitometry indices and measurements of tooth destruction foci by means of CBCT. It was found that the rate and volume of bone restoration depend on the level of vitamin D, its correction at reduced indices. Age, gender, degree of osteopenia has no influence on the size of periapical destructions, their recovery time and clinical efficacy of treatment.
