Аннотация
В статье анализируются результаты лечения пациентов с клиновидными дефектами зубов и рецессией десны. Проведена клиническая оценка эффективности консервативных, хирургических и комбинированных методов лечения некариозных поражений у пациентов с рецессиями десны I-II класса по Миллеру. Применение хирургических или комбинированных методов позволяет повысить качество проводимого лечения с высокой степенью эффективности в ближайшие и отдаленные сроки наблюдения.
Аннотация (англ)
The article analyzes the results of treatment of patients with wedge-shaped defects of the teeth and gum recession. A clinical evaluation of the assessment of conservative, surgical and combined methods of treatment of non-carious lesions in patients with Miller class I-II gingival recessions was carried out. The use of surgical or combined methods makes it possible to improve the quality of the treatment with a high accuracy of assessment in immediate and long-term observations.
