Эффективность комплексной остеопатической и ортодонтической коррекции парафункции жевательных мышц при дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава

Проведена оценка функционального состояния организма 30 пациентов разного пола, в возрасте 28-36 лет, страдающих парафункцией жевательных мышц и дисфункцией височно-нижнечелюстного сустава, и выявлена эффективность комплексного подхода лечения этих пациентов, включающего ортодонтический и остеопатический методы диагностики и коррекции. Указана значимость показателей остеопатического статуса в оценке внутренней структуры состояния больных с парафункцией жевательных мышц при дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава и обоснована целесообразность совместной работы стоматолога и врача-остеопата при их лечении.

The assessment of functional state of the body was conducted in 30 patients of two genders aged 28-36 suffering from the parafunction of masticatory muscles and the dysfunction of temporomandibular joint; the efficiency of comprehensive approach was observed in treating these patients, including orthodontic and osteopathic approaches of diagnostics and correction. The significance of indicators of osteopathic status in the assessment of internal structure of patients’ state presenting the parafunctions of masticatory muscles against the dysfunction of temporomandibular joint is highlighted; the relevance of joint work of a dentist and an osteopathic practitioner is confirmed in treating such cases.
