Клинико-морфологические аспекты непереносимости акриловых пластмасс

Цель исследования: изучение влияния акриловых пластмасс на ткани и органы полости рта с оценкой клинических проявлений непереносимости и проведением экспериментально-морфологических исследований. Проведено комплексное обследование 811 пациентов, которые ранее протезировались с замещением дефектов зубных рядов съемными ортопедическими конструкциями. Пациенты исследуемой выборки с различными видами непереносимости акриловых пластмасс, а также c непереносимостью протезных конструкций демонстрируют различные сроки манифестации субъективных и объективных клинических проявлений, возрастные интервалы первичной обращаемости к врачу-стоматологу с жалобами на непереносимость акриловых пластмасс, коморбидность, что необходимо учитывать при диагностике, лечении и профилактике основного заболевания.

The purpose of the study: to study the effect of acrylic plastics on the tissue and organs of the oral cavity with the assessment of clinical manifestations of intolerance and conduct of experimental and morphological studies. A comprehensive examination of 811 patients who had previously been prosthetic with replacement of dentition defects with removable orthopedic structures was carried out. The patients of the sample under study with different types of intolerance to acrylic plastics, as well as intolerance to prosthetic structures demonstrate different terms of subjective and objective clinical manifestations, the age intervals of a primary appeal to a dentist with complaints of intolerance to acrylic plastics, comorbidity, which must be taken into account during the diagnosis, the treatment and the prevention of a primary disease.
