Оказание неотложной помощи при синдроме болевой дисфункции ВНЧС с использованием индивидуализированных капп

Статья включает в себя описание и результаты исследования определения эффективности артроцентеза с фиксацией каппы AquaSplint, позволяющих добиться быстрого снижения болевого синдрома и увеличения амплитуды открывания рта. Согласно целям и задачам, в настоящем исследовании было обследовано 20 пациентов (18 женщин и 2 мужчин). Проведён ретроспективный анализ 20 историй болезни пациентов с патологией ВНЧС, которым проводилось консервативное лечение. Нами изучались показатели состояния окклюзии, тонуса жевательных мышц и соотношения внутренних элементов ВНЧС, всем пациентам в группе исследования проводился артроцентез с фиксацией каппы AquaSplint. Работа выполнена, опираясь на современные отечественные и зарубежные литературные данные, а также с использованием собственного клинического опыта.

The article includes a description and results of a study to determine the effectiveness of arthrocentesis with AquaSplint kappa fixation, which allows for a rapid reduction of pain and an increase in the amplitude of mouth opening. According to the goals and objectives of this study, 20 patients were examined — 18 women and 2 men. A retrospective analysis of 20 case histories of patients with TMJ pathology who underwent conservative treatment was carried out. We studied the indicators of the state of occlusion, the tone of the masticatory muscles and the ratio of the internal elements of the TMJ, all patients in the study group underwent arthrocentesis with AquaSplint kappa fixation. The work was carried out based on modern domestic and foreign literature data, as well as using our own clinical experience.
