Диагностическая значимость антител у больных с непереносимостью акрилатов и сплавов металлов

В результате комплексного обследования 284 пациентов с аллергией на стоматологические конструкционные материалы с применением лабораторных методов аллергодиагностики изучена частота встречаемости положительных тестов на специфические антитела к акрилу и к ионам металлов в сыворотке крови и смешанной слюне. Использование лабораторных методов аллергодиагностики носит вспомогательный характер и может трактоваться только в совокупности с результатами клинического обследования пациентов.

As a result of a comprehensive examination of 284 patients with allergies to dental construction materials using laboratory methods of allergy diagnostics, the frequency of positive tests for specific antibodies to acrylic and metal ions in serum and mixed saliva was studied. The use of laboratory methods of allergic diagnosis is auxiliary and can be interpreted only in conjunction with the results of clinical examination of patients.
