Системная антимикробная терапия в комплексном лечении обострения генерализованного агрессивного пародонтита

Настоящее исследование показало, что использование системных антибиотиков в составе комплексной терапии на первом этапе лечения генерализованного агрессивного пародонтита приводит к значимому снижению количества основных анаэробных микроорганизмов. Наиболее эффективными системными антибиотиками были моксифлоксацин и линкомицин, которые одновременно достоверно снижали количество таких микроорганизмов, как Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythensis и Treponema denticola, в пародонтальных карманах.

The present study showed that the use of systemic antibiotics as part of complex therapy at the first stage of treatment of generalized aggressive periodontitis leads to a significant decrease in the number of major anaerobic microorganisms. The most effective systemic antibiotics were moxifloxacin and lincomycin, which simultaneously significantly reduced the number of periopathogens such as Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythensis and Treponema denticola in periodontal pockets.
