Клинико-лабораторная оценкаэффективности средств гигиены полости рта при лечении воспалительных болезней пародонта

В данной статье представлены результаты перспективного, рандомизированного исследования клинико-лабораторной эффективности применения средств гигиены полости рта у 99 пациентов с воспалительными болезнями пародонта. Пациенты 1-й группы применяли зубную пасту и ополаскиватель линии «Parodontax», пациенты 2-й группы — «Colgate Лечебные травы», пациенты 3-й группы — «Лесной бальзам». У пациентов всех групп отмечалось статистически значимое снижение индексов OHI-S, PMA и PBI (р<0,05). При межгрупповом сравнении различий результатов лечения не выявлено. Это указывает на то, что средства гигиены полости рта линий «Parodontax», «Colgate Лечебные травы» и «Лесной бальзам» обладают одинаковыми очищающим и противоспалительным эффектами.
Применение гигиенических средств линий «Parodontax», «Colgate Лечебные травы» и «Лесной бальзам» достоверно повышали уровень гигиены полости рта, улучшали пародонтологический статус больных с воспалительными заболеваниями пародонта. Исследуемые гигиенические средства также повышали антиоксидантную защиту ротовой жидкости путем увеличения концентрации α-ТФ и ЦП. Кроме того, «Parodontax» нормализовал показатели местного иммунитета полости рта.
Применение гигиенических средств линий «Parodontax», «Colgate Лечебные травы» и «Лесной бальзам» достоверно повышали уровень гигиены полости рта, улучшали пародонтологический статус больных с воспалительными заболеваниями пародонта. Исследуемые гигиенические средства также повышали антиоксидантную защиту ротовой жидкости путем увеличения концентрации α-ТФ и ЦП. Кроме того, «Parodontax» нормализовал показатели местного иммунитета полости рта.

A prospective, randomized study of the clinical and laboratory effectiveness of oral hygiene products in 99 patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases was conducted. Patients of the 1st group used toothpaste and mouthwash of the Parodontax line, patients of the 2nd group used Colgate Medicinal Herbs and patients of the 3rd group used Forest Balm. In patients of all groups, there was a statistically significant decrease in the OHI-S, PMA and PBI indices (p<0.05). No differences in treatment results were found in the intergroup comparison. This indicates that the oral hygiene products of the lines «Parodontax», «Colgate Medicinal herbs» and «Forest balm» have the same cleansing and anti-inflammatory effects.
The use of hygiene products of the lines «Parodontax», «Colgate Medicinal herbs» and «Forest balm» significantly increased the level of oral hygiene, improved the periodontological status of patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases. The studied hygiene products increased the antioxidant protection of oral fluid by increasing the concentration of α-TF and CP. In addition, Parodontax normalized the indicators of local immunity of the oral cavity.
