Физиотерапевтические методы, применяемые в комплексной терапии хронического гингивита (обзор литературы)

Проведён анализ результатов исследований по следующим базам данных: CyberLeninka, PubMed, Cochrane, eLIBRARY, Elsevier. На основе литературных данных сделаны следующие выводы: результаты проведенных исследований свидетельствуют о том, что при лечении хронического гингивита, вместе с классическими методами лечения, применяют также физиотерапевтические, которые дают положительный лечебный эффект. Физиотерапевтические методы обеспечивают капилляроукрепляющее, противовоспалительное (уменьшение и полное прекращение кровоточивости десен, ликвидацию гиперемии и отечности), обезболивающее, регенерирующее действие.

An analysis of articles on the topic was conducted using the CyberLeninka, PubMed, Cochrane, eLibrary, Elsevier systems. Based on the findings, following conclusions were drawn: results of concluded researches show that for treatment of chronical gingivitis physiotherapeutic methods are used together with traditional methods, showing exceptionally positive effect.
Physiotherapeutic methods provide effects such as: strengthening of the vascular wall of capillaries, anti-inflammatory, elimination of hyperemia and swelling, analgesic, regenerating effects.
