Антропометрические показатели пациентов с односторонней ретенцией клыка верхней челюсти

В работе представлена характеристика антропометрических показателей пациентов с односторонней ретенцией клыка верхней челюсти, полученных на контрольно-диагностических гипсовых моделях. Пациенты получали лечение по стандартной общепринятой методике с использованием брекет-системы и созданием хирургического доступа по методике "открытого лоскута". Через 6 месяцев, после создания хирургического доступа к ретенированному клыку верхней челюсти, произошло сужение верхнего зубного ряда в области премоляров, при этом отличия параметра ширины в области премоляров являлись статистически значимыми (p<0,001).

The paper presents the characteristics of anthropometric indicators of patients with unilateral retention of the canine of the upper jaw, conducted according to control and diagnostic plaster models. Patients were treated according to the standard generally accepted method using a bracket system and the creation of surgical access using the "open flap" method. 6 months after the creation of surgical access to the retentive canine of the upper jaw, there was a narrowing of the upper dentition in the premolar region, while the differences in the width parameter in the premolar region were statistically significant (p<0.001).
