Сравнение методик оказания неотложной помощи при заболеваниях внчс

Статья включает в себя описание и результаты исследования сравнения методик оказания неотложной помощи при заболеваниях ВНЧС. Согласно целям и задачам в настоящем исследовании был проведён ретроспективный анализ 30 историй болезни пациентов с патологией ВНЧС, которым оказывалась неотложная помощь при заболевании ВНЧС. Нами проводилось изучение показателей состояния окклюзии, тонуса жевательных мышц и соотношения внутренних элементов ВНЧС; всем пациентам в группе исследования проводился артроцентез с фиксацией каппы AquaSplint, артроцентез или курс блокад ветвей нижнечелюстного нерва. Работа выполнена, опираясь на современные отечественные и зарубежные литературные данные, а также с использованием собственного клинического опыта.

The article includes a description and results of a study comparing the methods of emergency care for TMJ diseases. According to the goals and objectives of this study, a retrospective analysis of 30 medical histories of patients with TMJ pathology who received urgent assistance with TMJ disease was carried out. We studied the indicators of occlusion, masticatory muscle tone and the ratio of internal elements of the TMJ, all patients in the study group underwent arthrocentesis with fixation of the AquaSplint mouthguard, arthrocentesis or a course of blockages of the branches of the mandibular nerve. The work was carried out based on modern domestic and foreign literature data, as well as using their own clinical experience.
