Особенности костной пластики при выраженной атрофии альвеолярного отростка верхней челюсти у пациентов с верхнечелюстным синуситом

В статье приведена сравнительная оценка методов костной пластики при выраженной атрофии альвеолярного отростка верхней челюсти. Выполнен анализ результатов открытого синус-лифтинга у 70 пациентов в трех группах исследования. Проведена оценка результатов субантральной аугментации при одномоментной установке дентальных имплантатов. Представлен алгоритм лечения пациентов с выраженной атрофией альвеолярного отростка верхней челюсти и верхнечелюстным синуситом.

The article presents a comparative assessment of the bone grafting methods in patients with severe atrophy of the maxilla alveolar process. The analysis of the results of open sinus lifting was performed in 70 patients in the three study groups. The evaluation of the results of subantral augmentation with simultaneous installation of dental implants was carried out. An algorithm for treating patients with severe maxillary alveolar atrophy and sinusitis is presented.
