Оценка окклюзионно-артикуляционных взаимоотношений зубных рядов для выявления этиологических факторов и симптомов различных патологических состояний (Часть I)

Профилактика патологических состояний жевательно-речевого аппарата, связанных с нарушениями окклюзии и артикуляции, имеет важное значение в стоматологической практике. Наиболее сложными для лечения являются пациенты с дисфункциональными состояниями височно-нижнечелюстных суставов. Во многих научных публикациях последних лет исследователи указывают на то, что возрастной контингент обращающихся за стоматологической помощью, связанной с суставной патологией, становится более молодым [8]. В своей профессиональной деятельности стоматологи всех специальностей преимущественно оказывают непосредственное воздействие на зубные ряды. Стоматологическое лечение, проводимое без учета биомеханики зубочелюстной системы, может привести к патологии височно-нижнечелюстных суставов и нейромышечного аппарата. Таким образом, становится очевидным опосредованное влияние рельефа окклюзионной поверхности на другие компоненты зубочелюстной системы [12, 10].

Prevention of the masticatory and speech apparatus pathological conditions associated with violations of occlusion and articulation is of prime importance in dental practice. The most challenging patients are those with dysfunctional conditions of temporomandibular joints. In many scientific publications of recent years, researchers point out that the age group of dental patients with articular pathology is becoming younger [8]. In their professional activities, dentists of all specialties exert a direct influence of the dentition. Dental treatment, performed without considering the biomechanics of the dentofacial system, can result in temporomandibular joints and neuromuscular apparatus pathology. Thus, the indirect influence of the relief of the occlusal surface on other components of the dentoalveolar system is revealed [12, 10].
