Особенности формирования заболеваний тканей пародонта на фоне рецидива патологии прикуса. Клиническое наблюдение

Рассмотрен клинический случай рецидива патологии прикуса после прорезывания третьих моляров. Показана важность оценки положения третьих моляров на компьютерной томографии на этапах планирования ортодонтического и хирургического лечения. Подчеркнута необходимость своевременного удаления третьих моляров. Сделан акцент на хирургическом этапе и профилактическом аспекте заболеваний пародонта.

Considered clinical cases of relapse of the malocclusion after the eruption of the third molars. The importance of assessment of the third molars on computed tomography in the planning of orthodontic and surgical treatment. Emphasized the need for timely removal of third molars. The emphasis is placed on a surgical stage and a preventative aspect.
