Аннотация
Исследование направлено на экспериментальную оценку динамики сосудистого компонента пульпы после прямого покрытия экспериментально вскрытой пульпы рекомбинантным ангиогенином. Показано, что применение ангиогенина в сочетании с трикальций-алюмосиликатным цементом сопровождается более выраженным снижением относительной площади сосудов к 90-м суткам, что может отражать завершение воспалительно-репаративной сосудистой перестройки и более полноценное ремоделирование дентинно-пульпарного комплекса.
Аннотация (англ)
The study was aimed at experimentally evaluating the dynamics of the vascular component of the dental pulp after direct pulp capping of experimentally exposed pulp with recombinant angiogenin. The use of angiogenin in combination with tricalcium aluminosilicate cement was shown to be associated with a more pronounced reduction in the relative vascular area by day 90, which may reflect the completion of inflammatory-reparative vascular remodeling and more complete remodeling of the dentin-pulp complex.
