The article discusses the experience of rehabilitation of patients with complete absence of teeth using dental implants. The authors describe the stages of diagnostics, planning and implementation of implantation, as well as subsequent rehabilitation of the patient. Particular attention is paid to the choice of implants, methods of their installation and prosthetics, as well as the assessment of functional and aesthetic results. In conclusion, the effectiveness of dental implants as a reliable solution for the restoration of lost teeth, improving the quality of life of patients and achieving high aesthetic indicators is emphasized. The purpose of the study: to develop an analog-digital protocol for the rehabilitation of patients with complete absence of teeth using dental implants in conditions of significant atrophy of the upper jaw. Materials and methods of the study. A protocol for the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with severe atrophy of the upper jaw was developed and used, based on the use of analog-digital diagnostic tools, and also including the stages of planning surgical and prosthetic treatment. Research results. The proposed analog-digital protocol is a method of choice for the rehabilitation of patients with a complete absence of teeth with significantly pronounced atrophy of the bone tissue of the alveolar process of the upper jaw. Conclusions. Carrying out «all on 6» implantation in 2 stages allows, with relatively low invasiveness of surgical reconstructive interventions, to achieve early functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of patients, especially with multiple removal of affected teeth on the upper jaw in the absence of the possibility of simultaneous installation of implants in its distal parts.
