Выявление посттравматического стрессового расстройства на этапах оказания стоматологической помощи военнослужащим, участвовавшим в боевых действиях

В статье представлено пилотажное исследование, посвящённое изучению взаимосвязи признаков посттравматического стрессового расстройства с состоянием ротовой полости, а также апробация авторской анкеты для экспресс-выявления признаков посттравматического стрессового расстройства военнослужащих, участвовавших в боевых действиях, на этапах оказания амбулаторной стоматологической помощи. Проанализированы результаты исследования 30 военнослужащих, имеющих боевой опыт, проходивших комплексную стоматологическую реабилитацию на базе клиники Самарского государственного медицинского университета. На этапе первичного обследования проведена клиническая и лучевая диагностика челюстно-лицевой области. Для определения признаков посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР) было проведено психологическое исследование с использованием специализированных методик/опросников, включая авторскую «Анкету для военнослужащих, участвовавших в специальной военной операции, находящихся на стоматологическом лечении/реабилитации». Продемонстрирована взаимосвязь проявлений ПТСР с неудовлетворительной гигиеной полости рта и распространением основных заболеваний полости рта у пациентов с боевым опытом.

The article presents a pilot study devoted to the study of the relationship of signs of post-traumatic stress disorder with the condition of the oral cavity, as well as the approbation of the author’s questionnaire for the express detection of signs of post-traumatic stress disorder of military personnel who participated in combat operations at the stages of outpatient dental care. The results of a study of 30 military personnel with combat experience and undergoing comprehensive dental rehabilitation at the Samara State Medical University are analyzed. At the stage of the initial examination, clinical and radiological diagnostics of the maxillofacial region were performed. To determine the signs of «Post-traumatic stress disorder», a psychological study was conducted using specialized techniques /questionnaires, including the author’s «Questionnaire for military personnel who participated in a special military operation and are undergoing dental treatment/rehabilitation». The relationship of PTSD manifestations with poor oral hygiene and the spread of major oral diseases in patients with combat experience has been demonstrated.
