Клинический опыт замещения дефектов зубных рядов съемными перекрывающими конструкциями с опорой на зубы и имплантаты

В статье приводятся результаты собственных клинических наблюдений по лечению пациентов с малым числом оставшихся зубов, с использованием в качестве дополнительных искусственных опор съемных перекрывающих протезов одноэтапных имплантатов со сферическими абатментами. Планирование ортопедического лечения таким образом позволяет реализовать все положительные свойства съемных опирающихся протезов. При этом у пациента сохраняется периодонто-мускулярный рефлекс, точечная или линейная фиксация съемного протеза трансформируется в плоскостную, и все это приводит к возможности маневрирования в дальнейшей курации пациента при сохранении высокой эффективности пережевывания пищи и надежной фиксации съемного протеза.

This article devoted to our clinical report, observing patients’ rehabilitation using overdentures with additional support on one-stage implants and spherical attachments in condition of continuous teeth loss. Patients still remain periodontal-muscular reflex. Point and linear support transforms into planar load and leads to further patient coordination with fine chewing efficiency and reliable fixation of removable denture.
