Использование съёмных протезов при синдроме “сухого рта”

Актуальным вопросом стоматологии остается повышение эффективности протезирования зубов съемными зубными протезами у лиц, страдающих синдромом “сухого рта”. В работе проведена оценка эффективности применения у пациентов, страдающих синдромом “сухого рта”, отечественного адгезивного крема для фиксации зубных протезов. Показано, что применение пациентами, страдающими синдромом “сухого рта” различной этиологии, отечественного адгезивного крема для фиксации зубных протезов АСЕПТА РARODONTAL позволяет устранить на этапе адаптационного периода симптомы этого заболевания на 15-е сутки на 40,9%, а в конце адаптационного периода — на 53,0%, что благоприятно влияет на психоэмоциональное состояние пациентов, облегчает прием пищи, а также облегчает привыкание и пользование съемными акриловыми зубными протезами для частичной и полной потери зубов.

An urgent issue of dentistry is to increase the effectiveness of dental prosthetics with removable dentures for people suffering from “dry mouth” syndrome. This work evaluates the effectiveness of the use of a domestic adhesive cream for fixing dentures by patients suffering from dry mouth syndrome. It is shown that the use by patients suffering from “dry mouth” syndrome of various etiologies of the domestic adhesive cream for fixing dentures ASEPTA PARODONTAL makes it possible to eliminate the symptoms of this disease at the stage of the adaptation period on the 15th day by 40.9%, and at the end of the adaptation period by 53.0%, which favorably affects the psychoemotional state of patients, facilitates eating, it also makes it easier to get used to and use removable acrylic dentures for partial and complete loss of teeth.
