Взаимосвязь выбора профессии и мотивации к достижению успеха, избеганию неудач у студентов стоматологического факультета

Целью исследования было определить динамику мотивации в выборе профессии, к достижению успеха и избеганию неудач у студентов стоматологов в зависимости от курса обучения. Объектом исследования стали студенты стоматологического факультета СЗГМУ им. И.И.Мечникова. Использовали следующие методики: методика “Мотивация к достижению успеха” Т.Элерс; методика “Мотивация к избеганию неудач” Т.Элерс; анкета “Мотивация к выбору профессии при поступлении”. В результате исследования установили, что на старших курсах при контакте с реальными пациентами студенты удовлетворяют свою потребность в помощи другим людям, из-за которой основная масса опрошенных (51,2%) выбрали эту специальность. В результате увеличивается уровень мотивации к достижению успеха в профессиональной деятельности и снижается страх перед неудачами.

The aim of the study was to limit the dynamics of motivation in choosing a profession, to achieve success and avoid failures among dental students, depending on the course of study. The object of the study were students of the Faculty of Dentistry of the I.I.Mechnikov NWSMU. The following techniques were used: methodology “Motivation to achieve success” by T.Ehlers; methodology “Motivation to avoid failures” by T.Ehlers; questionnaire “Motivation to choose a profession upon admission”. As a result of the study, it was found that in senior years, when students contact real patients, they satisfy their need to help other people, because of which the majority of respondents (51.2%) chose this specialty. As a result, the level of motivation to achieve success in professional activity increases and the fear of failure decreases.
