Нерешенные вопросы клинико-экспертной характеристики содержания медицинской документации пациентов с повреждением мягких тканей лица и лицевого черепа в сочетании с сотрясением головного мозга

На основе изучения 296 историй болезни пострадавших с травмой мягких тканей лица, лицевого черепа и головного мозга, проходивших стационарное лечение в специализированном отделении многопрофильного стационара мегаполиса, и 438 Заключений (Актов) экспертов, составленных по отношению к той же категории пострадавших в отделе живых лиц Бюро судебно-медицинской экспертизы Санкт-Петербурга в 2010-2014 гг., в статье представлена комплексная судебно-медицинская характеристика содержания медицинской документации пациентов с повреждениями мягких тканей лица и лицевого черепа, сочетающихся с травмой головного мозга. Проведенное исследование позволило дать критическую оценку степени судебно-медицинской информативности клинической и экспертной документации пострадавших с сочетанной травмой мягких тканей лица, лицевого черепа и головного мозга, а также выявить степень достаточности содержащихся в этих документах сведений для объективного обоснования свойств травмирующего предмета, механизма и давности возникновения повреждений, степени тяжести причиненного ими вреда здоровью, оценки качества оказания медицинской помощи. В работе сформулированы основные принципы, обеспечивающие необходимую информативность содержания клинической и экспертной документации для решения специальных вопросов судебно-медицинской экспертизы пострадавших с сочетанной травмой мягких тканей лица, лицевого черепа и головного мозга.

Based on the study of 296 case histories of victims with trauma to the soft tissues of the face, facial skull and brain, who underwent inpatient treatment in a specialized department of a multidisciplinary hospital of the megapolus, and 438 Conclusions (Acts) of experts drawn up in relation to the same category of victims in the department of living persons of the Bureau forensic medical examination of St. Petersburg in 2010-2014. The article presents a comprehensive forensic medical description of the content of medical documentation of patients with injuries of the soft tissues of the face and facial skull, combined with a brain injury. The study made it possible to give a critical assessment of the degree of forensic medical informativeness of the clinical and expert documentation of victims with combined trauma of the soft tissues of the face, facial skull and brain, as well as to reveal the degree of sufficiency of the information contained in these documents for an objective substantiation of the properties of the traumatic object, the mechanism and duration injuries, the severity of the harm they caused to health, assessment of the quality of medical care. The paper formulates the basic principles that provide the necessary informative content of clinical and expert documentation for solving special issues of forensic medical examination of victims with concomitant injury of soft tissues of the face, facial skull and brain.
