The analysis of stabilometry parameters before and after osteo-reconstructive treatment of children with combined dentofacial anomalies (AECI) and formed after ankylization of the jaw in early childhood, combined with dentofacial deformities (AECD) was performed. A total of 24 patients aged 9 to 17 years were examined. The results were compared with a stabilometric examination of 12 healthy children of the same age group. At the stage prior to bone reconstructive treatment, deviations in the state of vertical balance were revealed in patients of both groups. The strength of the correlations between the stabilometric parameters indicates a different postural strategy for ensuring postural control in patients with AEAS and AEAS, while in patients with AEAS, the postural strategy turned out to be the closest to the physiological norm. Correlation analysis after bone-reconstructive operations aimed, including the creation of a constructive bite, suggests the formation of a more adequate adaptive motor stereotype in patients with ASCAP compared with patients with ASCAP.
