Аннотация
В результате опроса врачей различных специальностей было установлено, что большинство специалистов признают взаимосвязь стоматологических и системных заболеваний, однако стоматологический осмотр не всегда включается в план обследования пациентов. Большинство врачей рекомендуют консультацию стоматолога только при наличии жалоб пациента. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о необходимости повышения уровня осведомлённости врачей-интернистов о роли стоматологического здоровья в развитии и течении системных заболеваний. Усиление междисциплинарного взаимодействия между стоматологами и врачами-интернистами может способствовать более эффективной профилактике, ранней диагностике и комплексному лечению пациентов.
Аннотация (англ)
As a result of a survey of doctors of various specialties, it was found that most specialists recognize the relationship between dental and systemic diseases, but dental examination is not always included in the plan of examination of patients. Most doctors recommend consulting a dentist only if there are complaints from the patient. The results obtained indicate the need to increase the level of awareness of internists about the role of dental health in the development and course of systemic diseases. Increased interdisciplinary interaction between dentists and internists can contribute to more effective prevention, early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of patients.
