Аннотация
В статье представлены результаты анкетирования врачей-хирургов-стоматологов, определяющего их отношение к немедленной и отсроченной дентальной имплантации. Установлена частота применения различных протоколов имплантации, основные показания и ограничения, а также факторы, влияющие на выбор клинической тактики. Выяснено, что отсроченная имплантация остаётся наиболее распространённым и предсказуемым методом лечения, тогда как немедленная имплантация применяется избирательно при благоприятных клинических условиях и достаточном уровне профессионального опыта врача. Полученные данные подтверждают необходимость индивидуального подхода и строгого соблюдения клинических протоколов при выборе метода дентальной имплантации.
Аннотация (англ)
The article presents the results of a questionnaire survey of dentistry surgeons, determining their attitude to immediate and delayed dental implantation. The frequency of application of various implantation protocols, the main indications and limitations, as well as the factors influencing the choice of clinical tactics, have been established. It has been found out that delayed implantation remains the most widespread and predictable method of treatment, whereas immediate implantation is used selectively under favorable clinical conditions and a sufficient level of professional experience of the doctor. The data obtained confirm the need for an individual approach and strict adherence to clinical protocols when choosing a dental implantation method.
