Аннотация
В обзоре рассмотрены современные аспекты немедленной дентальной имплантации — методики установки имплантата в лунку сразу после удаления зуба. Представлен исторический анализ развития технологии, описаны показания, преимущества и возможные ограничения метода. Проанализированы мнения различных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей по вопросам выживаемости имплантатов, эстетики, сохранения тканей, сроков нагрузки и выбора конструкций. Отражены актуальные направления научных исследований, включая вопросы цифрового планирования, биоматериалов и клинических протоколов. Актуальность темы обусловлена стремлением к сокращению сроков реабилитации и повышению эстетических и функциональных результатов лечения. Обзор может быть полезен специалистам в области стоматологии, челюстно-лицевой хирургии и имплантологии.
Аннотация (англ)
This literature review examines current aspects of immediate dental implantation — a technique involving implant placement directly into the socket following tooth extraction. A historical overview of the method's development is presented, along with a description of its indications, advantages, and potential limitations. The opinions of various domestic and international researchers are analyzed concerning implant survival rates, esthetic outcomes, tissue preservation, timing of loading, and choice of implant systems. Key research directions are highlighted, including digital planning, biomaterials, and clinical protocols. The relevance of the topic is justified by the need to shorten rehabilitation time while improving esthetic and functional treatment outcomes. This review may be of interest to specialists in dentistry, maxillofacial surgery, and implantology.
