Международный опыт организации гериатрической стоматологической помощи при участии социальных некоммерческих организаций

Статья посвящена изучению международного опыта организации стоматологической помощи старшему поколению социальными институтами, при участии социальных некоммерческих организаций. Автором обосновывается актуальность и практическая значимость темы исследования. Изучены особенности стоматологического статуса людей пожилого возраста, оценен уровень доступности оказания стоматологической помощи данной категории населения в глобальном масштабе. Проведен обзор накопленного в международной практике опыта организации гериатрической стоматологической помощи социальными институтами различного типа. Уточняется роль социальных некоммерческих организаций в удовлетворении ключевого запроса на улучшение стоматологического здоровья в сегменте старшего поколения. Делается вывод о необходимости развития и накопления знаний о возможностях расширения спектра медико-социальных услуг, оказываемых старшему поколению в нашей стране, путем адаптации и интеграции опыта зарубежных стран в области организации гериатрической стоматологической помощи при участии субъектов социального некоммерческого сектора и других отраслевых социальных институтов.

The article is devoted to the study of international experience in organizing dental care for the older generation by social institutions, with the participation of social non-profit organizations. The author substantiates the relevance and practical significance of the research topic. The features of the dental status of elderly people are studied, the level of availability of dental care for this category of the population on a global scale is assessed. A review of the accumulated international experience in organizing geriatric dental care by social institutions of various types is conducted. The role of social non-profit organizations in satisfying the key demand for improving dental health in the older generation segment is clarified. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop and accumulate knowledge about the possibilities of expanding the range of medical and social services provided to the older generation in our country by adapting and integrating the experience of foreign countries in the field of organizing geriatric dental care with the participation of subjects of the social non-profit sector and other industry social institutions.
