Основы безопасной стоматологической реабилитации пациентов, принимающих новые пероральные антикоагулянты. Обзор литературы

Проведен анализ 16 исследований по следующим базам данных: PubMed, Medline, CSEN, BioMedNet, PMC, Academia. Пациенты нуждались в хирургических вмешательствах в полости рта (одиночное и множественное удаление зубов, одиночная и тотальная реабилитация с использованием имплантатов). На основе литературных данных были получены следующие выводы: до начала инвазивных вмешательств необходим полноценный сбор анамнеза; отмена лекарственных препаратов носит индивидуальный характер и должна контролироваться лечащим врачом; для группы пациентов, принимающих НОАК, нет противопоказаний для проведения одиночной или множественной имплантации зубов.

16 studies were analyzed using the following sites: PubMed, Medline, CSEN, BioMedNet, PMC, Academia. Patients were needed surgical dental interventions (single and multiple extractions of teeth, single and total rehabilitation using implants). Based on the obtained literature, we have come to the following conclusions: before the invasive interventions, we should take a complete patient history, drug withdrawal is individual and should be monitored by the attending physician, for the group of patients taking NOACs there are no contraindications for single or multiple dental implantation.
