Влияние стоматологической патологии на качество жизни пациентов (обзор литературы)

Пациенты, нуждающиеся в стоматологическом лечении из-за плохого состояния органов и тканей рта, имели более низкий уровень качества жизни. Наибольшее влияние на качество жизни стоматологических больных имели такие показатели, как “физическая боль”, “функциональное ограничение”, “физическая ограниченность”. На качество жизни пациентов влияет такая стоматологическая патология, как зубочелюстные аномалии, болезни пародонта, дефекты зубных рядов, особенно фронтальной группы, а также потеря стабилизации и ретенции съемных протезов после ортопедического лечения.

Patients in need of dental treatment due to the poor condition of the organs and tissues of the mouth had a lower level of quality of life, such indicators as “physical pain”, “functional limitation”, “physical limitation” had the greatest impact on the quality of life of dental patients. The quality of life of patients is affected by such dental pathology as dental anomalies, periodontal disease, defects in the dentition, especially the frontal group, as well as the loss of stabilization and retention of removable dentures after orthopedic treatment.
