Изменения зубочелюстной системы у детей с хронической болезнью почек (обзор)

Хроническая болезнь почек является одной из актуальных проблем современной педиатрии и нефрологии, что связано с неуклонным ростом частоты хронических прогрессирующих заболеваний почек, развитием хронической почечной недостаточности и ранней инвалидизацией больных уже в детском возрасте. Причинами нарушения зубочелюстной системы могут быть как изменения гомеостаза, связанные с нарушением функции почек, так и последствия терапии, проводимой у данной категории больных. Происходят изменения в ЗЧС у детей в виде стоматита, изменения слюнных желез, ксеростомии, уремического запаха, дисгевзии, бледности слизистой оболочки, дефектов развития эмали, воспаления и гиперплазии десен, а также высокая распространенность зубного камня. При этом распространенность кариеса у данной категории больных достаточно низкая.

Chronic kidney disease is one of the urgent problems of modern pediatrics and nephrology, which is associated with a steady increase in the frequency of chronic progressive kidney disease, the development of chronic renal failure and early disability of patients already in childhood. The reasons for the disruption of the dentition can be both changes in homeostasis associated with impaired renal function, and the consequences of therapy carried out in this category of patients. There are changes in the SPF in children in the form of stomatitis, changes in the salivary glands, xerostomia, uremic odor, dysgeusia, pallor of the mucous membrane, defects in the development of enamel, inflammation and hyperplasia of the gums, as well as a high prevalence of tartar. Moreover, the prevalence of caries in this category of patients is quite low.
