Взаимосвязь между ортодонтическим лечением и развитием рецессии десны. Обзор литературы

Рецессия десны является одним из наиболее частых осложнений ортодонтического лечения. Современные методы диагностики позволяют врачу-ортодонту оценивать состояние тканей пародонта при планировании терапии. Ключевым моментом в профилактике пародонтальных осложнений должна быть наиболее подходящая методика лечения, предназначенная для сохранения корней в альвеолярной костной оболочке. Учитывая противоречивость и относительно слабую доказательную базу проведенных научных работ, необходимы дальнейшие исследования данного вопроса с проведением рандомизированных клинических испытаний.

Gingival recession is one of the most common complications of orthodontic treatment. Modern diagnostic methods allow the orthodontist to assess the condition of periodontal tissues when planning treatment. The key point in the prevention of periodontal complications should be the most appropriate treatment technique, designed to preserve roots in the alveolar bone membrane. Given the inconsistency and relatively weak evidence base of the research, further research on this issue with randomized clinical trials is needed.
