Лицевое экзопротезирование как современный способ реабилитации больных с дефектами челюстно-лицевой области

Несмотря на развитие медицины, возможности реконструктивной и пластической хирургии небезграничны. При тотальных дефектах наружного носа, ушной раковины, тканей глазницы получить предсказуемый стойкий эстетический результат получается лишь с применением экзопротезов, поэтому изучение мирового опыта их применения считаем актуальным. Целью данного тематического обзора является обобщение мирового опыта на современном этапе по применению экзопротезов для реабилитации больных с дефектами челюстно-лицевой области. Материалы и методы. В статье представлен обзор 30 статей, посвященных различным аспектам экзопротезирования. Результаты. Изучив мировой опыт применения экзопротезов, удалось выявить преимущества и недостатки метода, показания и противопоказания, изучить способы фиксации и технологию изготовления экзопротезов. Опираясь на мировой опыт, можно сделать вывод, что экзопротезирование является современной альтернативой реконструктивным хирургическим вмешательствам. Основные положения: • метод экзопротезирования имеет свои приемущества и недостатки; • существует несколько способов фиксации экзопротезов, но самым надежным способом является фиксация на экстраоральных имплантатах; • изготовление экзопротеза является сложным наукоемким технологическим процессом, требующим от хирурга и анапластолога тесного взаимодействия.

The relevance of the research topic. Despite recent advantages of plastic and reconstructive surgery, surgical reconstruction of some aesthetic submits can’t provide predictable cosmetic results. In this connection, we decide to analyze worldwide experience of facial prosthesis rehabilitation. Purpose. In this review we try to summaries worldwide experience of facial prosthesis rehabilitation. Methods. We have studied 30 articles. Results. We have determinate advantages and disadvantages, indications and contraindications of this method, described techniques of retention of craniofacial prosthesis and manufacturing. Craniofacial prosthesis is a contemporary method providing an adequate functional and aesthetic outcome without major reconstructive surgery. Highlights: • facial prostheses has its advantages and disadvantages; • there are few techniques of retention of craniofacial prosthesis, but implant-retained craniofacial prostheses are preferable; • facial prostheses manufacturing is a complex process, which requires collaboration surgeon and anaplastologist.
