Распространённость доброкачественных новообразований слюнных желез повышается. Оперативное лечение их является одной из наиболее сложных задач челюстно-лицевой хирургии. Сложность анатомических областей, выраженность опухолевого процесса, близкое расположение ветвей лицевого нерва приводят к частым осложнениям в послеоперационном периоде. Лечение осложнений фармакологическими методами не всегда дает положительный результат, и реабилитационный период составляет 6-12 месяцев.
Аннотация (англ)
The prevalence of benign tumors of the salivary glands is increasing. The surgical treatment of benign tumors is one of the most difficult tasks of maxillofacial surgery. The complexity of the anatomical areas, the severity of the tumor process, and the proximity of the facial nerve’s branches lead to frequent complications in the postoperative period. The pharmacological methods of treatment these complications don’t give a positive result, and the rehabilitation period can last from 6 to 12 months.
