Изложены этиологические, патогенетические механизмы развития эндо-пародонтального синдрома, лежащие в основе формирования различных групп сочетанного поражения эндодонта и пародонта. Отражена тактика лечения эндо-пародонтальных поражений в зависимости от выраженности патологии в эндодонте и пародонте.

Outlines aetiological and patho-genetic mechanisms of endo-perio syndrome, underlying the formation of various groups of combined periodontal and endodonta lesions. Reflected the tactics of treatment of endo-periodontal lesions depending on the severity of disease in the endodontium and the periodontium.
