Аннотация
Изложены патогенетические механизмы, объединяющие бактериальное воспаление, иммунный ответ с продукцией про- и противовоспалительных медиаторов и остеорезорбцию при периапикальных и пародонтальных поражениях.

Outlines the pathogenetic mechanisms linking bacterial inflammation, the immune response with the production of the pro-and antiinflammatory mediators and bone resorption with periapical and periodontal lesions.
