Лучевая диагностика асептического остеонекроза головки нижней челюсти

Цель исследования: изучить информативность линейной (ТМГ), компьютерной (КТ), магнитно-резонансной томографии (МРТ) в диагностике асептического остеонекроза (АН) головки нижней челюсти. Проведено клиническое и лучевое исследование 301 пациента с невоспалительными заболеваниями височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС). Результаты. АН головки нижней челюсти выявлен в 3,3% случаев. Чувствительность и точность лучевой диагностики АН неодинаковая при ранних и поздних стадиях заболевания. Бессимптомное начало болезни, отсутствие патогномоничных симптомов, длительное сохранение подвижности пораженного сустава затрудняют дифференциальный диагноз. Выводы. Приоритет в выборе метода исследования у пациентов с длительными артралгиями необходимо отдавать КТ, МРТ ВНЧС,  что позволит обеспечить распознавание АН на ранних стадиях.

To study the informativeness of linear (TMG), computer tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of avascular osteonecrosis (AN) head of the lower jaw. Clinical and ray examination 301 patient with non-inflammatory diseases of temporomandibular joint (TMJ). Results. AN head of the lower jaw identified 3.3% of cases. The sensitivity and accuracy of beam diagnostics AN divers in early and late stages of the disease. Asymptomatic onset of the disease, the lack of pathognomonic symptoms, long-term preservation of mobility of the affected joint make it difficult differential diagnosis. Conclusions. Priority in the selection of a method to study in patients with long arthralgia should give CT, MRI TMJ, which will provide for the recognition of the AN in the early stages.
